You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odors, impurities, signs of use, etc.). Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Your items will be inspected and accepted only if they comply with the Return Policy. Check the Return Policy for further information.
Send the return form by e-mail to support@nalanishop.ch. Prepare the return by packing all items and attaching the return form. The address to which the return must be sent will be communicated to you by email from our support.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if 7 days have passed since you received your order or purchased the items on sale.
If you have followed all the instructions for your return and it complies with the return policy, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving the package.
All return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless it is a wrong delivery or defect.
