Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order. Items must be unworn (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of use, etc.). Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted. All items will be inspected before any further action is taken.

Once we receive the return, we will begin processing the return and refund. The processing may take up to 10 business days.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size, you must place a new order through our website. If the item was purchased at an event, trade show or other special event, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or wrong items

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nalanishop.ch with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The missing item and the wrong item received

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nalanishop.ch with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photo of the defect

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@nalanishop.ch and we will do our best to help you. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you must return the order at your expense.

Delivery Costs

All return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless it is a wrong delivery or defect.

If a returned item violates any of the conditions stated in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item to the customer in the same condition in which it was received and not refund the purchase price.
